The purpose of ‘Frontline Debate

Sometimes we might be asked difficult questions about our faith by friends, colleagues or family. Sometimes we feel we need to give answers on subjects that we may not have spent much time considering before. Sometimes we don’t have an answer. Sometimes we can find our faith being challenged by worldly views, commercialism and peer pressure. Sometimes we might present worldly views on important biblical subjects without realising what the bible has to say.

So, what do we think? Do we have an opinion? Should we have an opinion? Does the bible have anything to say on the subject? If it does, what does it say?

1 Peter 3v15-17 says ‘…always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have…’ The purpose of the ‘Frontline Debate: THE HOT TOPIC’ forum is to create a safe and friendly environment where we can come together and ask questions and listen to each other as we learn about the history, relevance and biblical perspective of the subject.

If you have a subject that you would like considered for open debate, please come to the Frontline desk.
